He has seven heifers to breed, so will see what he can produce. He won't get any others as you can't really register a crossbred bull as a sire, so he got only what can't be bred via AI at the moment and needs to get incalf asap.I like him. In the states we always seem to go to extremes, so around here he wouldn't have enough depth, he'd have too much leg, and too much apple butt. But the people in the states that crucified apple butts didn't know enough about what they were doing to do it well, and in some places people like some leg on their bulls so they can cover ground in sparse forage areas where cows are scattered over distance. Give me the right cows and that bull would throw the right kind of calves.

They were on the lower end of the price range of what he had but when I picked them out I wasn't looking at the price tags. Both are 18 months and at least 1400 lbs. Down ears really stood out to me until he turned and looked at me. Give me your thought and opinions.
Damn fine... If he was homozygous black he'd get CAB for his calves here. Limousin are where I get my ideas of what we are missing in this country.Gonna start using this boy on cows for clean up this year starting July, I think. Pure limousine, homebred and raised. Born from AI, french genetics. Currently 16months old. Was born easily, but quite heavy, so suitable only for cows.

One of the other flaws with CAB...If he throws double muscling they will not grade.
