Possible new dog

The dog went back to the man I got him from. He never settled in and was aggressive to my wife and kids. I almost shot the dog but I promised if he didn't work out I would bring him back. We all knew it was a gamble on a 4 year old. We got a red heeler puppy now. 9 weeks old.

First thing that popped into my mind when I saw him was " does he bite...?"
