Portable fly rub

Looking to build a portable mineral/salt holder that I can surround with cattle rubs for fly control. Thinking of something on runners kind of like a horse shoeing stock. anyone got any good ides or plans? would like to be able to moveit around for pasture rotation

phwhite.com. You will find some good information about fly rubs. They even have a mixing chart for the mix to pour on their rubs.
