I want to change bulls and would like him to be polled. We have worked several years to get the horn off our cattle. Is there a polled Santa Gertrudis? Brahman?

The Oklahoma Beef, Inc. (OBI) sale is Monday, April 2nd, at Stillwater, OK. They'll be selling Angus, Charolais, Hereford, Limousin and Gelbvieh. The Angus will be polled, of course; some of the others will, too. It's a good place to buy performance tested bulls...

> polled Santa Gertrudis? Brahman? Why not try a Polled Shorthorn. There are several homozygous polled bulls documented in our breed. Several are solid red. It will increase your milk in replacement females and more importantly increase the value of your feeder calves as documented by Shorthorn's tremendous carcass characteristics.
