PM not working..

I am ansewring some PM but I am not sure if they have been sent
They just stay in the Outbox and I don't know how to re send them, any help is welcome.

They will stay in the Outbox until the recipient picks them up. Once the recipient picks them up and reads them they won't be in the Outbox, but would appear in Sent Messages. Works slightly different than e-mail.
