How does one go about getting pitch from a cedar tree out of clothes?

Dun you might try desensitized alcohol we used to use it to get the mastic off our clothes when I pipelined
don't ask where to get it at the company bought it for us

Turpentine spirits works on pine tar so it should work on cedar pitch.

You dont worry about that. It will blend in with all the rest of the WD-40

Good point Cattlehand. For that matter, I probably would'nt bother with the cedar pitch in work clothes.

Add Greased Lightning and a couple of drops of dawn dishwashing liquid to the wash.

Throw 'em in the freezer for awhile and see if it will peel off.
