Pink Eye

I am new with cattle and have a heifer calf with pink eye. I have already given her a shot from the local vet. Still looks bad though, I was planning on keeping her for breeding. How much will this affect her eye sight. Thank you for any input.

If it clears up and the eye doesn't go milky it won't affect her vision.
