Willow Oak had some real good looking bulls with some good EPD's. I really enjoyed myself once again this year. I even saw Cattle Today's own Luke Mobley, but never got a chance to talk to him.

Hay copeman, I almost made it there.......but 'almost' remains the operative word. Great pics. but did you by chance keep track of the average price for those bulls sold?

Ironicly I was selling my one and only herd bull just down the road in Greenville at the same time i shoulda been lookin to buy from there. OH well, Can clone sheep but can't clone famers to be two places at once.

I think the average was 2,000. Im not to sure on this figure, I didnt keep records of the prices of every bull on my sale catalog. Luke Mobley was there so I would say that he knows, the Sale did average 338,000 dollars. I had a very good time, Paul Arnold does a good job with his operation , I really like Chiangus.

Yeah I mean grossed 338,ooo the bulls averaged 2,000. They sold 100 bulls and 25 heifers, several breds and several opens.

I watched that sale on RFD-TV and I think they probably averaged $2500-$3000. I didn't keep track either, but there were an aweful lot of bulls that sold in the 3-4000 dollar range. Very few less than $2000.
