PGF shots

Hello. Am looking for some information from some of you "in the know' types that are here. I am setting up 5 young cows to heat cycle together if possible. The vet gave me a PGF series, saying to give them a shot on day "0' and another one on day "11". Then heat check them and AI when the cycle.

My question, I have read on some synchronization papers here on the net to space the shots 14 days apart, that it will help them cycle better...Please give me your thoughts and opinions, and than you in advance for your help and knowledge.
