Dun, I have not used one before, but my Mom's husband had one. It worked great and kept his oxygen level high as he had Emphysema after smoking all his life. Even after he gave it up, his lungs were in a mess. It seemed to be much easier than having oxygen tanks around and having to get them replaced.
