I found a crap load of perilla mint today in a wooded area that I normally graze this time of year. No clue where it came from--pow! I'd already mowed some of it when I discovered it at the edge if the woods. Ugh.

It's been my experience, if you don't push the cattle hard they won't eat it. Same can be said for coffeeweed and fern.
 
I talked to some other people and they all say it seems to be worse this year. I have always had it close to wooded areas but this year it's everywhere. Cow don't seem to touch it around here much tho.
GrazonNext seems to take care of it.
 
They say they're more prone to eat it, when it's wilting from spray/mowing. Just leave it alone.
