percent of processed beef is cuts and ground

Beef processed and sold in the states, what percent are cut and percent ground. Since most only eat fast food. I would think a greater percent would ground.

personally i think 50% to 60% of all meat sold in the US is ground meat.because like you say we eat alot of fast food.an most of that is bergers.id love to know how much ground meat is sold.
