Pay for farm help

Good price to pay some one to check water trough and fences and make sure cattle are still on a lease place 2x a week when I'm off working. My little brothers not working and looking to pick up some odd and end work. I'm Getting ready to turn 20 pair out 20 miles from his house.

1hr round trip driving 1hour or so to do what he'd have to do while there cattle I turn out won't be fence checkers I don't keep cows that won't stay in a fence there are to many out there that will to deal with that problem. So 4-6 hours a week unless something happens

Easily worth $50/trip IMO to have someone you can depend on, and I'm assuming he fits the bill regarding that.

Feed out a calf and give him a 1/2 at the end of the year cheaper for you and better for him
