Pasture mix

My seed rep sells a line of forage seed called "Pasture Perfect" but he has never actually sold any, it's just on his list. Has anyone ever used this kind of pre-mixed seed, or is a fella better off to figure and get a mix to his/her liking? I'm going to be planting the seed in standing wheat, and then get a cutting of mixed hay off of it before turning the bovines loose.

we've used Pasture perfect and its been great. the good thing about pasture perfect is that its customized for region, animal application etc...

its not like some forage seed mixes that have "one size fits all" approach.

thats what i know.
