my son won a bottle of ivermax plus at a cattlemans meeting. i was getting stuff ready to work cows and realized it expired 3/2009 can i use it or toss it :???: ???? also it is for liver flukes we don't have flukes around here does it matter??? i guess that is why they gave it away. :devil2:

You usually have 6 months after to work with. I would go ahead and use it. We don't have flukes here either but I use Dectomax and that kills flukes as well.

It's still good. I will use any prescription medication up til 6 months past the expiration date, because that is what a former vet told me was ok.
