Where are you trying to get the picture from?

The picture has to be uploaded to a host such as Photobucket.

Then from there you copy and paste the URL to you message.

The URL (Ex:http://youpictureatphotobucket.com) is put in between the

It will only show up as an actual pic when it is posted. When you are typing the message it will be just writing.
