The administration is proposing a $3 Trillion dollar spending package for "infrastructure" and naturally, they say they want corporations to pay for it. And where do corporations get their money from class? That's right - the people! But wait - there's more - they want to reinstate the estate tax (aka death tax) and the threshold will go from $11 Million to get this - $3 Million!

Does anyone remember when the Obama administration sunk all of that money into "infrastructure"? What was the end result? Absolutely nothing! All I saw was signs that said "future project funded by ARRA funds". No work was actually done.

How are we going to survive 2 years of this when the first 2 months are going to squash us!

The middle class will pay for this with higher taxes. The current Administration ran on taxing the wealthy. When it all boils down was a bunch of sheet. Corporations will be leaving this country just as fast as they can get the h*ll out.

Every few years the populace forgets that everything Dims touch turns into a sheite sandwich because they have no cognitive ability to understand macro or micro economics. Now we all have to eat the sandwiches for at least the next two years and probably at least four years because a change in congress only starts to stop the damage they will cause in the next two years.

Corporations are pass thru entities so consumers pay the taxes. Ultimately it is not the owners. Also if the taxes went up to say what equals $1 per unit the price will go up $2 per unit using taxes as the excuse. Same goes for fuel, people already wanting to compensate for " high fuel prices". Never comes down with the low ones though.

Sunshine and unicorn farts are expensive so we all have to pay to get them and that is what they promised. Never underestimate the stupidity of the American voter.

Ain't that the truth.

Anytime you hear about big expenditures in infrastructure it's a big payoff to the unions, who then make big donations back to the party. It's a vicious, crooked circle a certain political party runs with the working man's tax dollar. Same playbook as Obama.

Not sure how well trickle down really works in a global economy. Seems like most CEOs focused on boosting their income by increasing stock buy backs?

Roth IRA conversions are rapidly increasing to beat the tax rate changes. Talk to your tax man soon.

What would really rock ag would be changes in step up basis and estate taxes. Might be time to sell a section or two?

I do believe there are truly stupid people..... that said, I think it's more of a problem getting jammed with 24/7 news that focuses on the wrong things. "Look here next war, poison water, next epidemic" etc. People forget, it's our nature. Time heals all wounds and patches the mind, kinds thing.
