Talked to him yesterday still had not heard from the good vet. Had never had this happen in 15 years. I expressed how little that had to do with anything. Will call back tomarrow afternoon.

How'd you come out on the situation?

Said I should of seen eye. Got very defensive had me call vet, vet said tech wrote wrong number down. Offered to come retest. I declined will have local vet here do it. Owner said he would stand behind bull if he doesn't semen test. Another ! that people really do suck, no one cares or takes pride in service or what they are selling $ only. They are really nice bulls as were most everything in this sale. Not worth the crap that came with them.

Low BSE score is handled by breeder. Blind bull should not have been offered for sale. If injury was post-sale, insurance should cover him. If not insurance was purchased, then your up shyt creek on that one.
