Went to check on my calves and I was watching them for a while and I noticed a drip coming from under the calf, flipped her over and her navel was all wet and open a little bit in the middle she is eating good, not as much grain but most of what she was eating. I put some Iodine on her and gave her a shot of penicillin. Should I wait and see if she gets better or just call the vet?

Iodine her about every 2 hours for 3 or 4 more times. If she is eating well, she should be fine. 1cc of banamine will help if it swells, and will make her fell better, just one shot usually. I would also give her 1 shot a day for 2 more days of penn, just in case its infected. But I wouldnt fool with her to much more than you have to because if there sucking on there moms, there usually going to be good.

Navel ill.

From the way you worded that, my advice is to call the vet and then aggressively treat that calf with antibiotics to clear the infection. This is not something you adopt a "benign neglect" approach with.
