open cows

I have heard lots of reports of an unsually high amount of cows being open around here. People that normally have 92-94% bred are running 70%. Its bad enough the cattle prices are low now folks are having high numbers of open cows.

Dun has posted alot of info about this before.

Cows early bred in stress situations sometimes abort or resorb, so if it was an unusually hot weather or cold weather and they were are not conditioned they will resorb or will not breed at all..
