Obviously it depends on "what kind" of beef (meat) one prefers.

We only eat Longhorn meat. Slaughter one each year. 1/2 in ground been (98% lean) and the other 1/2 in steaks and roasts. Prefer the LH flavor and lack of grease produced by the other beef breeds.

Plus, ours is natural, grass fed beef with NO hormones, additives, steroids in the meat.

Not speaking for ALACOWMAN or Mike, they live a whole state over from me, but the clique I was in wasn't snarky. Sparky maybe, but not snarky. What does snarky mean anyway?

I had some cattle get into steroids, you talk about a cow with a bad disposition... 8)
