Please explain the terms one-eyed and two-eyed jack in relation to breeding horses. In other words, if someone says, "That horse is out of a one-eyed jack", they would mean what?

I've got a 4 yr old Sorrel mare that is a great-granddaughter of Two-eyed Jack. Think she'll make a pretty good horse for someone.

I , like you, had never heard of One Eyed Jack- only Two Eyed Jack. Made me curious so I did a little researching with the AQHA. They list a horse named One Eyed Jack, but show no other information .
