Old Round Bales

We set them in the shady areas during the hot summer months. The cows will eat it them when they are in the shade.

Well, you truly learn something new every day... and sometimes its the simplest of things! We have a neighbor who has quite a few round bales that were done 2 years ago. We can get them but didn't want them because they'd been through (this being the 2nd winter). Guess I should go ahead and grab them and give the girls a treat.
