What are some ways to make meat from an old cow more tender and better tasting. We took a yearling animal to the butcher. They also raise beef. We got back mostly what we think is an old cow. Once in a while we got a package that is very good. We think it was ours. maybe it's the other way around :shock: :lol2: Anyway, what can we do? Thanks. The meat is cut and wrapped mostly steaks and roast ,frozen.
