My wife called me and said you might want to look out back. Glad she did he was run down from the rut but he still weighed 182lbs. I guess Christmas came a little early.

Me, Dad, 2 brothers, and 2 brother-in-laws were out in stands freezing our tails off. This was about '85. I was shaking so bad I doubt I could have hit the broad side of a barn. A shot rang out with an echo. It was mom. She and a sis were sipping coffee in the kitchen and spotted one. Sis lifted the window and mom popped it right thru the window screen.

This story reminded me of that. Thanks for sharing. I sure miss the folks.

Congrats! There is a reason that Dad keeps the screen out of the window in my sister's room, and in the loft of the new barn. Its just so convenient!
