======peg4x4":157c9hlm said::shock: For the snake in the hen nest --open a hole in both ends of an egg, blow out contents, plug one end with wax, fill with salt, plug end..mark with nailpolish..When dry,put out for a nest egg. When the snake eats the egg,it is broken inside the snake, and the critter dies of salt overdose. You never have to touch the thing, cause it goes hunting water
I dunno...but if I'd found one, Backhoeboogie would have heard me scream all the way into Hood County. I hate being startled with something like that. Just the other day I was getting feed out of the big bulk tank and about 3 mice came thru the auger. I say "about" 3 'cause...well never mind that.
Anyway, after I calmed down and located the bucket that went flying, I went up the hill to put the feed out. Apparently 2 more had landed in the bottom of another bucket. I lost it.
