I've live in this area for 5 decades and I've never seen it so cold our stock tanks got iced. This may seem like an every day photo to some, but to us, we hope it is a once in a lifetime event. A Ring Neck duck on what little patch of water that isn't frozen. He is in both pictures but the second one you really have to zoom in. This was our only tank that didn't dry up during the Drougth of 2009-2012.
