We started a huge Apt. complex in Panama City and had no idea the site was so wet.
 
Naw, that ain't swamp land, too many pines trees on it. Just too much water and not enough sand in the soil for good drainage.
 
I hate to admit it, but I have done that a couple of times!

Once with a machine carrying an 8 yard bucket. It was there for almost three days before it came out. Had to wait for the ground to freeze a bit more so we could cross over the muskeg to get to it.

Sure glad I did not have to clean THAT cab out.
