Butcher bulls topped at $121.50 and there was a group of black two year old heifers that weighed 1050 and got to $158.00 They would have gone to a guy who breeds and resells them.

Here in Va last week cull cows were in the 60's and 70's... good fleshed ones in the 11-1400 lb range in the mid and upper 70's.... saw a couple of 1000-1100 lb heifers that probably didn't breed bring .80. Slaughter bulls in the 15-2200 lb range were in the mid and upper 90's... That is a big improvement from the 70's just a few weeks ago.

You done better than I figured. That heifer is above what she would bring here and the bulls are right at the very top of the market.
