Newborn to 3 month old calf vaccinations

What is everyone giving calves at working/castration time? They'll be knife cut. Do y'all worm them?

In the past my appx. 3 month old calves get Covexin 8 (includes tetanus), an autogenous Pinkeye (moxarella bovis/moxarella bovoculi) & Ivermectin pour on. This year I'm adding a mod-live for pneumonia like Bovishield Gold (not sure which one yet, going over the options w/my vet). I'm also switching to Cydectin for the wormer. At weaning they'll get the Covexin 8 booster, Triangle 4+PH-K, Cydectin & heifers get Lutalyse.
