The Ecoboost was not advertised to get the best millage. It was supposed to compete with the other 1500s but have the torque for the weekend warrior who wanted to pull his boat, camper, RUV, ect.

It does that great IMO.

You might want to look into a 3/4 Ton for what your towing. I recommend Ram 2500 6.7 cummins or 6.4 hemi

I don't drive much anymore,I do pull my Hay and Stock trailer and when I do my Ram 2500 4x4/Cummins will put a smile on your face. :cboy:
