Just purchased a new cattle trailer. Trying to decide what, if anything, I should do with the wood flooring to keep the cattle stable.
Some put down cattle panels, but hear there have been problems with cattle cutting their feet. Some put down rubber pads, but hear that can make the floor rot out faster. Also wonder about painting on a no-skid surface, like a truck bed liner paint.
Anyone have experience with either of the above, or have a different recommendation? All comments and/or opinions welcomed and appreciated.
Thanks!
