Yesterday we tied up the eight spring born calves that we will be showing and selling. Walked all of them from the barn to the water tank about 30 yards away without a problem.

Sure do like the disposition of those Red Polls.

Sounds like you are off to a great start! The Braunvieh are the same way, great dispositions which really help in the haltering process.

Jovid, do you have any Redpoll heifers for sale? Where are you in OK?

We have 3 bred heifers and 1 open heifer enterd in the National Sale in October at Sedalia, MO. We also have a Marketing Consortium for our Western States breeders that I'm in charge of. Why don't you PM me and I can let you know more.

Bartlesville, OK

Disposition is very important. The calves are doing great. I walked them out in the open over 50 yards last night to water. Hard to believe that I walked two bull calves at the same time on loose ropes only after two days of being tied up.
