Thank you. That means a lot coming from you. Yes, standard carb. Like the owner/ salesman said, the new tech carbs work good until they don't. Standard carb will run for ever.

Good for you supporting a local dealer who will be there for you when you eventually need parts or service.
I have an MS 362 for my big saw. 20" bar 3/8 set up. Great saw especially with a sharp chain.
I run non alcohol gas and Stihl Ultra 2 cycle mix in mine. No problems.
Have some kinfolks who cut fire wood to help support their farming habit. Both use 362s.
