If you could start a new operation any place in the US, what kind would it be, where, and why?

A little chili bus on the side of 377 about 1/2 way between Rock Springs and Carta Valley.
Why? Because there ain't a dam place to get something to eat or drink anywhere around there..besides..I like chili.

I always like central Missouri. I would start a stocker/cow calf operation but I'm I'm not good enough at animal nutrition to make a stocker business work.

Montana...red angus, cross a few with hereford....why?? Like the cross and breeds...though I don't know if I'd care for the winters there anymore..
