Cattlemom has noble thoughts and is probably correct that it would help the kids. But can you afford it? Looks to me like you open yourself up to more liability. If you take her advice, instead of a trespasser suing you, any halfway competent litigator would tell the jury he represents a child farm laborer. You lose......

If you are really scared of being sued I would file a formal complaint with the local Sheriff's office. File a police report formally! Keep a copy and give a copy to your attorney if you have one and your insurance agent. If one of them gets hurt or kilt' and their parents want to sue you can take that police report to court with you and show it to the judge. This way you will show you have done your part in attempting to protect them. Just a thought... might sway judge... Good luck!
