I need some advice on a hay roller I have it is a 7060 new holland hay roller that caught fire it burned the belts and made melted paint off it didn't touch my twine or netwrap in front of back and didn't touch my tires my question is do people rebuild burnt hay rollers I didn't have insurance and the baler WAS worth Bout 25000 before this just wondering with new belts and bearing will it be good to go any help appreciated

I know 2 people that have repaired burned round balers. One guy repaired 2 of them. They say it is not a bad job other than being dirty. I don't know how badly they were burned.

As long as it didn't get so hot as to warp the frame and such, should be able to just check bearings and replace belts. Does your baler have the sledge roller assembly? If so, there are some bearings in there also that's a pain to replace? Good luck!
