I see this morning the CT forum looks very different. Ads are everywhere and the screens and layout are looking very different. Is anybody else seeing this?

Yup, ads everywhere. Trying to seriously monetize the forum. I guess you call it the price you pay to play.

The same on Ranchers a couple of weeks ago.I do not see adds but the font has changed. It was not this way early this morning.

I use adblocker so i dont see any ads. I do like that the background is darker. The only thing I see as an issue is the logo at the top (the cow) is kind of messed up. It looks tilted or stretched out. Overall though i prefer the layout.

I'm seeing an all white background, but yes the logo at the top is what you are describing.

Nothing shows up until the ads download, takes to long, like dial up...with ads! Cattle today is now over the internet capabilities that are possible from this location. Good luck to all.
If you become a CT Supporter, you won't have to deal with the ads. And, you can edit your postings. I think you can become a CT Supporter for as little as $25 a year. It is well worth it if you value your time.

I've been looking for that. My image is now black so not what I normally use. Can't find an option to change it under preferences.

All my money goes down the rat hole of my Jersey heifer project. I got banned for no reason, just signed on one day and it said Banned. I thought well I quit. Singed on a few weeks later to see what would happen and I was a member again. I had two messages from admin. One said Texas Jersey milker How are you? we'ver been worried about you. The other was asking me to pay to be a Supporter. Not only no but heck no.

We use ads to keep the site running. You no longer see advertisements if you want to become a supporter of the site. Previously we also offered each user, no matter their status, to turn off the ads.
There was a lack of communication that has been corrected regarding bannings, as well as warnings, which I know you have been shown in your account. A suspension, is the last form of correction we want to use here, but if someone will not heed the warnings, the user leaves no other choice.
Go to the bottom of the page, and you will see a gear, you can change to Light, Dark, or system. Pick light.
Or click in Preferences, and pick a variation:
This was the first place I signed onto this morning and it was all black background. I thought something had happened to my WIndows settings, so I went to them and started changing things, and got my computer all screwed up. So I went to settings on another one of my computers, wrote down what everything was set to, and got this one fixed. But now when I go to CT, everything is tis light background. I tried the sprocket setting and the bottom left corner. The dark setting must have been what it was on this morning, and the system setting and light setting are both the same look.
