Does the new size ad at the top of the page mess anybody's browser up?

It covers the Q&A part of the header, also over laps the right side of the screen

On mine it pushes the margins of the website to the left, leaving an empty space on the right side, except for the ad. iPad, if that makes a difference

Extends my screen out to the right and makes the board index smaller and leaves blank space on right side of screen. This is on my iphone in either position. Dont know about desktop
