You isolated folks might enjoy this one:
A city fellow was fed up with being cooped up and crowded up all the time, so he shucked it all and moved into the wilderness. It was bliss for awhile, no people, no cars, no hassles. He was happy. But true to human nature, he began to miss the things he didn't have. Mainly human interaction. So he was delighted when there was a knock on the door of his shack. It was a grizzled, husky mountain man who introduced himself and came in. They visited awhile, and found that they were the only two humans for many miles around. The city fellow was delighted to visit with another human after many months of isolation. As he was leaving, the new neighbor mentioned that he was having a party the next night, and would the city fellow like to attend? City boy asked what type of party it would be and the mountain man replied that there would be music, drinkin', dancin', fornicating, etc. City boy was excited and said he'd be there. He then asked what he should wear, to which the mountain man replied that it didn't much matter, because it would just be the two of them!
