Seems to me that posting is most important. Then perhaps a couple of fake cameras placed in obvious places. Good employees have nothing to worry about. Then install hidden cameras. When a thief is identified on camera, fire them. You can use the tape in any disputes. I'm sure if push comes to shove, the person fired is likely to drop all claims once they find out it's on tape. Fire them, assuming the theft isn't extreme, then get on with business. Cover everything except restrooms and dressing rooms. If they choose to proceed with claims, turn it over to the law. :cboy:
