Need simple recordkeeping spreadsheet or program

After doing a search for cattle management software and looking at a few, I now have a headache. I'm more confused than ever. There are several that look like just what I need.

Search Ebay for cattle software. There is one on there that a demo can be downloaded. You might pm Crowder as he bought one of the cheaper ones a while back.

We also use Cattleworks, when we got it it was about half what it is now. It does some things goo but other areas it lacks, that is why we started playing with spreadsheets to get what we wanted. Cattleworks is simple to use but their support is getting awful.

I've been testing the Cattleworks trial version. I ran across an error and sent an email. They responded quickly. It seems pretty simple and costs $75. It has reports built in. For the Access users, you can build your own reports because it uses an Access database.

I haven't purchased yet. I'm interested in hearing if others have tried Cattleworks.
