Need information on everything for showing cattle!!

Hi I am a sophomore in high school and I am taking on showing a heifer next year. I am trying to learn as much as I can, anything and everything helps, routine, hair, tying, breaking her, showmanship, feeding, what kind of bedding y'all use, wether or not I should leave her tied up all day while I'm at school or keeep her In a pen under a fan till I get home after football practice at around 5. Once again anything and everything helps, thanks!

No offense to anyone here, some of the people on these boards have exhibited cattle at the highest levels in the nation. Having said that, Steer planet is a great place to find many of the answers you will need. I can give you answers to your questions, but they will surely not be as in-depth as a beginner needs and you are not likely to get much input on the specifics of show cattle daily care here...
