Need help urgently with a beefmaster bull

good day to all have some trouble with one of my old bulls come out of nowhere in bush whas quite healty and fat and suddenly back is not right begining just laying on ground have fever have eaten and drink till now and just stop. now in bad shape have given injections swamycin exetra antibotics any help with be appreciated.

Where are you from, Namibia or SA? Of all the oxytetracyclines on the market Swamycin is by far the worst. Your vet would be a better place to ask for advice than any internet forum can ever be.
