Look around here and you'll find all kinds of threads on that.

Organic
Grass fed
Natural

and other terms. Study up good on this and decide what direction that you want to go in. You may find that to meet the true terms and definations are not worth the effort.

I consider my beef to be "natural". Be careful on what term you use and make sure that you read all the government rules and regs. Good luck.
