I was wondering what you and cattlemen (and women 
) thought of this program and how it will affect you. Also the difference of larger farms as opposed to small family run operations.
There have been discussions of the effect that it will have on the horse community on another message board I frequent. They are saying that if I decide to take my horse to a trail ride, even if it's only across the street, that I will have to let "the powers that be" know every move I make. If I take him to a show, if I take him to the vet, if he leaves my place at all, if he dies or I sell him.
