At minimum, you need to get two doses of an 8 or 9-way Clostridial (blackleg/malignant edema) bacterin in them; Lepto for breeding cattle is pretty much the minimum.
Beyond that, you probably oughta have a discussion with a trusted food animal veterinarian in your area to see what else, if anything, they recommend, based on what they see in cattle in the area. Depending on your management plan - and what other producers in close proximity to your place do - you may or may not need to do more.
