When the he!! is spring coming??

EVER??!!??!?!!!

This e-mail I got from one of the in-laws sums it up quite well....Temp is 17 with a bitter 25 mph east wind-- and the weather boys are predicting a snowstorm Tuesday- followed by another arctic front and temps dropping down to 10-15 Below again....
Altho they're not supposed to start calving til the 7th- I think I'll lot the heifers tomorrow- and tell the old girls (that should be a week later) to cross their legs....

Probably trying to figure how to pay his taxes, he's already lost the shirt off his back. :)

Yeah but look on the bright side. Taxes will be a lot lower this year than next!

I'm no baby expert by any means!!!

However, he looks like he could lose a few pounds. Definitely a BCS of about 6 or 7. There were a number of studies in past decades discussing a "set point" in weight. As such, if an infant or young child starts out being overweight, their systems will "think" they are correct weight and it just goes up from thee. Am sure there are more current theories on overweight humans... ;-)
