She is a registered Gelbvieh from Mark Covington over in Montrose Colo. Her calf is a balancer out of an Angus Bull #14280580. He should have real good calving ease numbers. i am looking at putting him on test in the fall. I know this is not the classic pose but it's the one I like, I bought her for that butt and It makes my day every time I look at it.

BTW I know his eartag is in backwards. I didn't do it. Will fix it when we work the calves.

I understand that this is a favourite! She has it all exept for colour lol!

The heifer is terrific! Some slight negatives from being perfect, but so is every other animal alive.

The calf is absolutely terrific! His bone phenotype is very unusual for a 1/2 Angus, but Gelbvieh is a breed which puts real structure into crossbred calves, and this is an example of that factor. Strong skeletal structure, good topline already in his young life! I would hope that you can get a heifer or two from this little lady in the future with genetics to match this calf!
