Take outside "skin" off, slice thin, egg/milk drench than flower & fry - yummy!!!! dogs only get the tiny ones done at birth to 2 months. Of course, the oldest we castrate is probably about 6 months, and boy are they gooooood. :p

Try mixing a little corn meal with the flour, and use some season salt in the dry mix too. :p umm umm

Some get sold and some get steered or go in the freezer.

Why would you cut one at 14 months?

:D Because the meat is not the only thing eatable! ;-)

The bigger the better....right SRR?

You got it!! ;-)

Don't be afraid of them and for goodness sacks do not waste them!!!

After skinned and washed slice them fairly thick a 14 month old set should give you 4 slices per nut. Next dip them in egg and cover them in a mix of shake and bake with a pinch or three of black pepper and granulated garlic. Heat up your butter (not margarine  ) until it starts to bubble but not to the point it turns brown.( you can add a pour of EVO which will keep the butter from burning.) Ease the slices on to the pan and cook 3 min. a side flipping once. Be sure to have a bunch of butter onions, a pot of garlic mashed potatoes, and some fresh buns to go with.

O yes a cold Heineken goes well with this dish.
